Your best friend Kody is turning 18 today. He doesn't know what he wants as a celebratory drink so you make him a rum and Coke and he hates it. You're making fun of him for being so bad at alcohol when there's a knock on the door and someone from your past shows up - Kody's older brother River. You haven't seen him since you were twelve and he's still so, SO hot that you're at a loss for words. Twenty-four and a real wreck - just your type. You just have to turn 18 first and then you can ruin your life just like River did his.
All you wanted was to turn of age, get to college, and find an older man. But now? All you want is River. And you're willing to play the long game. You're willing to do just about anything to quench your thirst and you just hope that when you find the line, you're smart enough not to cross it - or maybe just smart enough to get away with it.
