   Summary

   Shinazugawa Sanemi mistakes restraint for discipline and distance for survival. Y/N become the flaw in that logic, a presence he cannot excise without tearing something vital loose. What begins as hostility curdles into fixation, intimacy reduced to vigilance, violence and denial. This is not a love story, but a record of slow corrosion of desire that is treated like infestation, like restraint that becomes self-mutilation, and of two people who endure each other long enough to realize that rot does not announce itself as love.
