Summary
Someone was tapping at the bedroom door. "Mama?"
Alexandra Eames Goren had been sound asleep on her right side, cushioned by Bobby's bulk behind her as good as a toasty heating pad, with his arm thrown carelessly around her belly. Now, as her nose and one eye peeped from under the covers, she knew instantly what was wrong...
Olivia, who stood framed in the doorway, arms hugging herself and hunched up even in a warm robe, complained, "It's cold."
One big snowstorm equals no electricity. Family fluff and fun stuff, before the next installment, which gets very dark.
The stories in this series all build on one another and should be read in order from the opening piece, "Requited." The previous title in this series was "Christmas Futures."
