After Lucifer had found him in his panic he had chosen to tell the hotel about it all. Tell the hotel how Alastor had practically scratched off his arms, how Alastor had tried to end it all, just to get those metallic hands off of him.
How would you feel if the only person you had ever fully trusted betrayed you so deeply? Bad, right? Exactly. You cannot judge him for his outburst.
OR, Alastor has a very justifiable crash out and almost destroys the hotel, Lucifer has fucked up majorly
