   Summary

   It has been over three months ever since the Holy Quintet had taken down Walpurgisnacht, after that glorious victory however, something strange had started happening.
   Following the Stagecraft Witch's defeat, a structure of unknown origin appeared at Mitakihara City which then followed the sudden disappearance of Witch.

   To figure out what's happening the group of Madoka, Homura, Sayaka, Kyoko, and Mami decided to investigate the sudden disappearances and to locate the origin of the said structure.
