This is going to be an art collection focused on Kuai Liang and Tomas Vrbada from various timelines.~
1. Mistletoe (for Exesynobolo). Kuai Liang and Tomas having a romantic moment by the tree at the Lin Kuei shrine.
2. In Your Colours. After tying Tomas’ hands with something that belongs to him, Kuai Liang takes a moment to enjoy the view, even though he's eagerly awaited in bed. A mildly erotic image.

Typically, my fan art with these two is related to some of my stories, but I decided to start an art collection; it's mostly just art, but maybe I'll post some very short stories for some of the works that I've planned. If not, things are, at least, going to be explained. Also, some of the works are going to be gifts for some people in this fandom. Unfortunately, I'm very slow when it comes to drawing, and I tend to redo things a lot during the process, but I do have a few ideas completely formed in my head.
This first one is a gift art for Exesynobolo, whose artwork inspired me. I'd like to absolutely encourage you to check the artist's works! :)
I hope this evergreen tree with lanterns is recognisable for those who played MKX. It's located at the Lin Kuei shrine (here's a slightly highlighted and brightened screenshot of it, just in case.) The leaves aren't exactly very visible in the game itself, unless you really pay attention to it during your fights, but they are there, albeit quite sparse, and I remember seeing a concept art of this tree somewhere, too, and the leaves were absolutely there. The tree being bent, but not broken by the harsh conditions, and it having those leaves on it always give me that strong feeling that the tree symbolises strength and thriving even under unfavourable circumstances, which, in turn, immediately makes me think of Kuai Liang. So, I thought it would be a good place for this particular scene. The colours of the ribbons are, of course, intentional.
Also, I had to dress Tomas up into something warm for him to feel even more comfortable.
Kuai Liang: “What is it up there on the tree?”
Tomas: “It’s mistletoe.”
Kuai Liang: “And what is it there for? Isn’t it parasitic and poisonous?”
Tomas: “Don’t worry, it’s not like it’s going to magically attach itself to our tree. Don’t you know there’s a tradition?”
Kuai Liang: “What tradition?”
Tomas: “Come closer and I’ll show you.”
Kuai Liang (hours later): “I thought you said… Christmas. Isn’t that in December?”
Tomas: “Yes. And?”
