He had enough of the thoughts; he slammed his laptop closed and pushed it off his lap, running a hand down his neck awkwardly. “The hell.” He sighed out, convincing himself it was the fatigue getting to him, that none of it was important, and that he’d forget about it in the morning.With that mindset, he turned his lamp off, rubbed his eyes, and went to bed.
