Summary
Michael wakes up, fully clothed from the night before, during "golden hour," that time of day when the sun isn't quite setting and seems to make everything glow, as from within. But even that relatively gentle light pains his eyes, enough that he needs the sunglasses on his nightstand. He doesn't hear anyone, anywhere near his room, and figures even with an unlocked door, he has enough privacy for a little solo fun. Actually morning or not, he woke up hard.
