When Luffy finds an abandoned palace, decrepit and crumbling and cobweb infested, and declares it their newest official base? Zoro has no choice but to roll up his sleeves and get to work fixing it up into something suitable for what he truly believes will be the next King.
He started with the kitchens because his Lord is a glutton that requires near ten meals a day and somehow that job is also Zoro’s for the time being.
Zoro wouldn’t usually mind or complain about the labor. He's happy to do anything for Luffy, so cooking is not that big of a deal, or it wouldn't be if it weren’t for this pesky on-looker that only he can see and hear.
