Summary
It was about the time of year to visit Oakhurst. The group of them who survived had come up with the tradition before they left the little town. Three hundred years is a long time to keep a tradition going, and Scott isn’t too great at commitment, but he would do it for Avid.
Shelby was jumping around in her seat, she always loves to visit the castle. Living in New York, forces you to really keep your vampire hidden. It’s been about a week since Scott or Shelby have even flown. Drift tried to calm Shelby down, but it wasn’t really working.
Scott looked out the window of the fast moving train onto the vast horizon. Oh how he longed to just turn into a bat and fly straight to his old home, but he didn’t want to raise suspicion, or leave Shelby and Drift in the dust.
He loved visiting Oakhurst. It was his home for longer than he can remember, being around 2,000 years old now. Scott, Drift, and Shelby always went to visit each vampire's grave. Scott, of course, spent the most time at Avid’s.
AKA I still can't cope with losing my Avott and I want them to live.
I do not support Avid, I wrote this before.
