   Summary

   He is the only rule Ilya ever broke. Ilya, so focused on his training and desire to bring glory to his District that he can’t seem to think of anything else, always the first to arrive at the center and the last one to leave a session, and yet he is willing and happy to defy the whole academy just to hold Shane, to kiss him and touch him.
