Summary
Archie had come to England for a fresh start, to expand his chances of finding his soulmate, and to study. He found he was enjoying the life he had made for himself, a peace that he hadn't known back home. Every time he travelled home from the city, he would stop to admire some horses in a field, in particular a stallion he had come to consider to be his friend Chestnut. he told the horse his worries, his triumphs and pointless news of the day. With the Year of the Horse beginning that day, he had been sure to tell his equine friend the good news and getting some startling news of his own in return. People might say Fatalia brought people together but he knew the truth. It wasn't the goddess that had brought him to his bond, it was a horse.
