Summary
Today was supposed to be a good day and for a few hours, it was. Elliot had been making deliveries in record time, serving up their signature pizzas to happy customers and families. In fact the day had been going so well Elliot even took a mini break after catching up on orders, something he rarely got outside of his 30 minute lunch break. He’d been delivering the last order, more than ready to get off shift when disaster struck. He’d just given pizza to the person at the door, counting the bills when he heard his scooter suddenly click on. As if someone had started it.
Ugh. Not again.
You see, Elliot oftentimes left his key in his scooter, simply so that whenever he got the money for an order, he could hop back on without the pains of booting it back up. You would think he learned his lesson the first two times it happened, but obviously not. So there he was, standing in some random neighborhood he didn’t know his way around.
