Jaskier must have imagined it. Sooner or later, Yennefer, that she-demon, would show up in Caingorn to get the attention of his witcher, just for herself. No more than four weeks passed, and Yennefer was already in Caingorn acting 'mysterious' as if no one in that town had realized there was a witch there who could heal them.
So Jaskier, seeing Yennefer trying once again to get Geralt's attention, says something to her that leaves her stunned and makes Jaskier want to laugh in her face.
Since what Jaskier told Yennefer was actually the best thing Jaskier has ever said in his life. Because he has to admit that he is not going to let that she-demon stay with his witch and make him suffer by leaving him alone for months and then seeking him out whenever she wants, as she has done multiple times in the past.
So, what better than to tell Yennefer that Geralt had forgotten her and that he had asked Jaskier to be his husband, making Jaskier now Geralt of Rivia's fiancé.
Yennefer's face is a bonus, definitely.
