   Summary

   Heizou, admired widely as the hero to all Inazuma citizens. even catching the eye of Shinobu, who spends her day babysitting Itto. only for his no.1 fan (Shinobu) to find out that he is a serial killer. Soon after that, Heizou and Shinobu ended up sharing a vulnerable moment together, date. but there always is that one jealous fan ready to take revenge.

    

   its my first fanfic, pls don't mind the spelling mistake, and other mistake. the reason i got this idea is that there are none, no fanfic where heizou is the villain, and only kazuha.
