Ryuko stumbled onto Felix's floor. Felix was sitting on the bed on his laptop. He immediately got up to check on her.
“Kagami, what happened,” Felix whispered, kneeling next to her.
“Storm subsides,” she murmured, detransforming. Her body slumped against Felix's, breathing softly. Felix stalled for a moment before wrapping his arms around her.
They sat in silence for what felt like hours, but was more like 30 minutes.
“I haven't slept in a week.” Her voice was slightly rough from sleep.
“That's everything you want to tell me?” Felix asked as she leaned into his chest to stand, but gave up halfway, rubbing her eyes.
“I just,” Kagami sighed, “I just need some sleep before my match tomorrow.”
“Do you want to lay down in my bed. I wasn't planning on sleeping tonight.” Felix looked down at Kagami who was clearly exhausted. She was not built for staying awake for long times. She paused for a moment before nodding.
“Okay, just stay quiet.”
“Felix, I've barely talked since I got here,” Kagami said as she climb into Felix's bed.
