   Summary

   After the Battle of Hogwarts and Professor Fig's death, Arthur Stone’s resolve begins to waver. But the final blow to his spirit is his failure to stop his best friend, Sebastian Sallow, from succumbing to the temptation of the Dark Arts and murdering his own uncle.
   Poppy notices his suffering and does her best to pull him back from the edge of the abyss. Joining forces with Natty and Ominis, she must face a painful trial to recover a legendary artifact; one that might finally help Arthur find peace with himself.
