Agatha’s eyes sparkled with amusement, a slow, approving smile spreading across her face. “Is that a promise?”
“Yes,” Rio said quickly, cheeks heating further. “I promise.”
Agatha tilted her head, letting the teasing linger before she let Rio guide her and Scratchy out. She was definitely going to take her up on that promise.
