“You sure you wanna?” Flint asked, shading her eyes as she looked up at the ride, the kind where you sat on a side and went up, up, up, then down. “Cause I can go alone.”
“Nu nu nu no, I want to try,” Magine said determinedly. “We fought against the Tojitendo, I can handle an amusement park.”
“That’s the spirit!” Flint gently punched Magine on the shoulder before sliding her hand to hold Magine’s. “Y’know, Aniki told me what he likes to do on this kind of ride.”
“Oh?” Magine was still glad that her palms couldn’t get sweaty, because if they could, they would be a mess. And this was far from the first time Flint had held her hand!
“He said instead of holding your hands up, you should hold them out.” She demonstrated, although she was still holding Magine’s hand and therefore when she did a sort of zombie pose, Magine’s arm came with. “Whoops, sorry!”
“It’s fine!” Magine was just glad they hadn’t accidentally hit the group ahead of them in line.
“Imma try it.”
Magine wasn’t sure if she’d have the bravery to do that.
“Or I could hold your hand~”
Magine could feel the fans under her cheeks whirring.
