   Summary

   A younger Ranma is taken to China after learning and growing in their skills faster than before, and after that fateful dip into the spring, the eleven-year-old Ranma makes a break for it and ends up in a wizard settlement by accident, then Floo Powder's away, right into the Dursley's house.
