    Apart from the early hour—past seven—and the unfamiliar room, all of this was their routine. Conversations about Buffy or DDR or Phil's numerous childhood anecdotes Dan was sure he would still be surprised by in a few years.

    They were used to it, it was their usual morning—well, normally, it was around noon, but still.

    Dan wouldn't trade it for millions of pounds.
