Player was laid back against Willow's chest, reading a book the shorter woman wasn’t interested in. Something about a singer she likes, Willow recalls, her hand moving up to Player's hair, her fingers gliding through the strands subconsciously. Willow herself was reading something, something about how guns were made. It included pictures and diagrams for better understanding, giving the usually bland pages something intriguing to look at.
"Bro, look at this." Willow said, shoving the book in front of Player's face. She pointed out a specific diagram featuring a revolver, and the different parts inside of it.
"Oh, that's pretty cool- 'bro'?!" Player cut herself off, whipping her head around to raise an eyebrow at her partner.
"Yeah, 'bro'." Willow answered. "Why?"
"That's not my name." A playful sigh escaped Willow's lips.
"Allow me to rephrase myself; Player, look at this." she teased. Player narrowed her eyes, glaring daggers.
"Stop."
"Sorry, bro."
"Willow!"
"I don't understand why me calling you 'bro' gets you so pressed!" exclaimed Willow, gesturing between both her and Player in confusion, looking up to meet her eyes.
"Because I'm not your 'bro', I'm your girlfriend!" Player answered, folding her arms over her chest.
"Oh, so that's what this is about?" Willow scoffed, shaking her head in amusement. She tsked, carefully taking Player's hands in hers. "You know you're super dramatic, right, darling?"
"Shut up."
