Charlie smiled fondly as he watched them. He loved his friends so much. Finally being here in the room with them, so close right in front of him, the warmth of affection growing in his chest was almost overwhelming. He wanted to reach out and pull them closer, to smother them, engulf them with his love.
This was his first time seeing his closest friends face to face, and the first thought that sprang to his mind was that they all just looked so tasty.
