Yup! I have started... probably a one-off competition fic, this time... not based off Survivor .
So, basically... 21 duos will compete around the multiverse/different fandoms for USD 10 million. It's usually the duo is from the same universe, though there WILL be exceptions.
Also, at least half the cast should get a redesign (unless noted)
The competition should take place on March to May 2026 (our universe), so mark your calendars :D
ACTORS, Aiden Brooks (24) and James Costa (27)
From: Disventure Camp 2 / All-Stars, Fans VS Favorites (Aiden only)
Raring to compete again, this (un-)married couple is back at it with Reality TV!
Aiden is the 3rd place finisher of Season 2... and 7th place in All-Stars, which... bugs him a little (understatement), as well as not being able to disclose his Fans VS Favorites placement just yet because of his NDA with Odd Nation Cartoons. Usually well meaning, he can get slightly competitive at times, but otherwise a friendly person to approach! He sometimes may let his emotions take control though... James on the other hand, won season 2, but got quickly booted out in All-Stars because of a misunderstanding. James was initially vain, but slowly learnt that genuine connections are more meaningful, moving on from impressing strangers on social media to being there for his boyfriend.
Aiden is a huge theatre kid, but his appearance on Disventure Camp made it harder for him to get roles. James, on the other hand, managed to land some indie film roles and get into the acting spotlight.
Aiden is wearing his outfit from Fans VS Favorites, while James is wearing a white tank top, a yellow jacket similar to the one worn by Jan Ravnik on The Eras Tour (Red Era), as well as cyan beach shorts.
REALITY TV PROS, Rudolph "Lightning" Jackson (34) and Raihan Celdrus (27)
From: Total Drama: Revenge of the Island / All-Stars (Lightning) and Pokemon Sword and Shield (Raihan)
These two may not be the brightest, and certainly narcisstic, but they're 100% a force to be reckoned with. (Lightning is aged up for a good reason, which is another duo from the same fandom as him)
As a teenager, Lightning participated in Total Drama's fourth season and came in second, before competing again in All-Stars and being the second one flushed. After a break from TV, Lightning managed to get into the Los Angeles Chargers (thank you, Total Drama Profiles (a hc series on Reddit))... and he's going to retire soon... so he decided to take on more reality TV shows, appearing on Physical 100 (and winning), Impostors (and being third eliminated from being killed) and various other shows that are 100% forgettable... and no, he's not donating all his wins to charity.
Raihan on the other hand, despite being a full-time Gym Leader and social media influencer, decided to take his shot on reality TV and... let's just say he can't get sick of it. And no, he did not participate in simple Pokemon Contests, those are so overrated and not brat; we're talking Big Brother, Wheel of Fortune, those kinds of shows... and now he's participating with Lightning (don't ask me why or how they met, I have no idea /lie)
Raihan's outfit stays completely the same, while Lightning... he now wears a custom short-sleeved varsity jacket with the Chargers logo on it, a blue collared shirt, and olive-green jeans. His shoes still stay the same though. Lightning also has a little tattoo on his right arm, a blue headband and part of his (still white) hair is now dyed a little blue.
CRAFT SIBLINGS, Goob and Scraps
From: Dandy's World, The Million Tape Game 2: Distractors VS Extractors / 3: All-Stars (Goob only)
These close siblings are ready to take on reality TV! From helping kids learn how to craft simple things and hug, to... being on the hottest new game show in Gardenview, this duo is ready to win ten million dollars!
Being known for his fluffy hugs, Goob is excitable and fun to be around. Was also known for his showmance with another contestant in season 2: Distractors VS Extractors, and winning the season... before being the first boot in All-Stars. Scraps on the other hand, loves teaching kids how to craft, and was the intern-turned-production assistant on The Million Tape Game.
Goob and Scraps wear the exact same outfit as canon.
RIVALS, Mario (25) and Bowser (37)
From: Super Mario Bros.
These two may not get along, but that's why they got tricked into signing up for this show! Mario and Bowser are usually enemies, always on the opposite side of the coin. However... Luigi and Bowser Jr. tricked them into signing up as an April Fools' Prank. Little did they know, Multifandom Madness was not a prank, but an actual show.
Mario is your everyday plumber/guy that keeps saving Princess Peach from endless kidnappings, while Bowser... is an evil tyrant who rules over his kingdom and has a huge crush on Princess Peach. Talk about a simp! But anyways, will they put their differences aside and actually work together?
Mario and Bowser wear the exact same outfit as canon.
Brachy's note: Yes, I actually googled how old they are, but yeah... Mario and Bowser are forced to work together, yay! I could've gone for Mario and Luigi, but that's boring!
BEES, Basic Bee and Windy Bee

These two bees may be polar opposites, but that does not mean they can't work together! Basic Bee is well, hardworking and stuff, while Windy Bee is uhh... unpredictable (in a good way). But, will the two bees somehow win the ten million (or 3.5 Trillion Honey)?

HOCKEY BROS, Wayne Murphy (19) and Rajesh "Raj" Saranga (19)

Credits to CremDotExe for the surname HCs, as well as u/identified_meat for more HCs because yes, I have a significant lack of creativity!
Wayne and Raj are... definitely not the brightest, but on the ice hockey rink, they'll 100% shine! Captain and Assistant Captain of their High School team, the Snow Owls, Wayne and Raj know a lot about teamwork... and winning! Wayne won the second part of Total Drama's long-awaited reboot, while Raj won something better, a loving boyfriend! (yes Raj is gay and his bf is Bowie, for the uneducated)
Their social game is 100% their strong suit, and now in college (and part of the UBC Thunderbirds, thank you, other people's HCs), and they're ready to win ten million with it! Will they score the winning goal, or will they be too shorthanded to even make it past the halfway mark?
Wayne and Raj now wear UBC Thunderbirds jerseys (their positions and numbers remain the same for convenient reasons), like in one of my earlier fics
