Summary
”What are you doing?” Will’s movement still as his attention fully shifts to Mike, who is now comfortably sitting on his bed.
Mike pulls his hand from the open bag and holds out a green colored gummy for Will to see before tossing it into his mouth. Will tries not to smile as he rolls his eyes.
Mike however, doesn’t match his energy.
The image of his extended arm, the way he presented the candy to Will, it’s strikingly familiar. Before he has the chance to contemplate why it felt so familiar, he’s hit with a series of other, adjacent images.
Mike’s stomach drops as a vulgar montage starring his best friend plays behind his eyes. His eyes lower from Will and to nothing in particular as it comes back to him.
