Summary
You made small talk, trying to take your mind off the close proximity with the other man. “So, why did you become a host, Simon? You don’t seem to have a high alcohol tolerance like most of the others. Do you like the attention of the customers or something?”
The host was quiet, and when you looked back at him, you saw he was just standing there, leaning against your counter with an arm crossed over his midsection, propping up his other arm which held his tilted head. Simon’s half-lidded eyes were trained on you, in a way that made you want to do things you knew would be inappropriate with a coworker, let alone one that was drunk.That's what you told yourself, anyway. Will you choose to treat Simon like he's the most precious thing in the universe? Or will you take all he has to offer, whether he likes it or not? (He does, I promise.)
