   Summary

   When Tamtey is critically injured and left grasping at memories, she has to face a new reality and mourn her old one. So'lek wrestles with feeling useless and is left to face a choice between the past and future.

   Tamtey gets hurt, badly, and has to figure out to live with a disability and deal with her tangled mess of feelings for So'lek. While So'lek, our favorite baddie, struggles without Tamtey and, once she has returned, struggles with helping her deal with what has happened to her whilst in captivity. [Not beta-read]
