"And I swear, every time I see Mitsuru-senpai I think she's—" a loud slurping sound cuts off Yukari's rambling. She holds the mobile phone away from her ear and glares at it.
"...What?" her little brother asks. She can hear the faux-innocent expression he must be wearing on his face.
"Please tell me you're not doing what I think you're doing."
The other end of the phone is silent for a long minute. Then the slurping starts again.
"Yosuke! You're so disgusting!" Yukari ends the call with prejudice and throws her phone onto her bed. She shudders just recalling her brother's awful habit. Even though she thought she'd escaped it by living in the Gekkoukan dorms, she can already smell the awful odor of plain mayonnaise.
The image of the time she'd stumbled on Yosuke sitting in front of the fridge in the middle of the night and licking mayo off a butter knife rises to her mind. Yukari gags and furiously shakes her head to send the memory away.
"Awful, gross, horrible mayo-eater," she mutters to herself. "I never want to think about mayonnaise ever again."
