   Summary

   Three years after EarthBound, Jeff saves a boy named Claus from drowning due to what looks like a suicide attempt. However, Jeff soon learns that Claus is a PSI-user from another time whose powers are slowly eating away at his mind and will soon make him a threat. Jeff is determined to gather the rest of the chosen four to help Claus, but who can he turn to when they start developing the same symptoms?
