Work Header

A Prince/Princess' Home.

Summary:

During a tough comeback season, things are tense, and everyone is exhausted. After Minho's flu a few months ago, nothing has been the same. The team still gets along, and they're still a family, but the tension was high.

Hyunjin's been feeling a bit sad lately, feeling like a burden on his caregivers.

Thankfully, Chan and Changbin know exactly how to cheer their baby up and reassure him. At least, once they get through all the chaos.

Notes:

Sooooo.

I had so much fun writing the little space Seungmin and Minho stories before. This is set in the same universe as the previous one I wrote, which centered on Minho.

But I wanted this story to revolve around Hyunjin this time! A few of you have been asking for a story about him, so I thought it was time to do one about him!

Here you all go! Here’s a little!space story revolving around Hyunjin!

This one-shot contains:
- Some shouting.
- Crying.
- Tension.
- Pet names.
- Baby items.
- Headspace.
- Kisses.
- Feminine clothing and pet names.

Thank you!

See you all at the end!

Kudos and comments are highly appreciated.

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Hyunjin shivered in the cold air. They had just finished the photoshoot and promotion videos for their 5th fan meeting and were headed back to their hotel. The air in Japan was cold, crisp, and caused Hyunjin to hug himself.

“I’m so tired…and cold,” Hyunjin complained softly, calling out to Changbin, who was in front of him. Changbin looked over his shoulder and smiled at him.

The smile made Hyunjin’s heart skip a beat. There was something about Changbin’s smile that made Hyunjin feel all gooey inside. He hated it and loved it, because it made his little side come running out.

“Not much longer until we get there, Jin,” Changbin said as he was carrying bags in his arms. They’d gone to the convenience store to grab some snacks. Hyunjin hugged himself tighter as he thought about going back into the apartment.

As much as he wanted to get out of the cold, he was nervous to see Chan.

Chan had been exhausted lately, tired beyond belief as he worked to organize and coordinate everything between the group and their manager. Hyunjin loved his hyung, and he wanted nothing more than to regress and spend time with his daddy. But he didn’t want to burden his daddy.
When they got in the elevator, Hyunjin glanced at Changbin. Changbin hummed a random tune, bouncing on his feet. Changbin’s face was pink, flushed from the cold, and Hyunjin felt his little side jump in excitement.

Hyunjin dug his nails into his hands. He had to hold on a little longer; Changbin needed to put everything down before he jumped his Papa. He also needed to get back to the apartment, away from prying eyes.

Since Hyunjin wasn’t carrying anything, Hyunjin swiped the card to their hotel room. He pushed open the door, and they were greeted with the smell of food and heat. The food smelled nice and would warm them up.

Minho looked up as he was laying out the food. He raised a brow at Hyunjin, noticing his nervous expression. After Minho had gotten badly sick a bit ago, he didn’t regress as much as he used to; he’d been repressing it more than ever.

It was a worry, but some doctor appointments and therapy would help Minho’s little side overcome the fear of sickness. The fear of being still sick if he regressed. It wasn’t good for Minho, but they were coping, especially when he passed out from regression.

The look from the older male made Hyunjin’s stomach twist. Hyunjin gave him a shy smile. He thought Minho may have noticed his unease, but Minho was quick to offer a soft smile back, easing Hyunjin’s nerves.

“Chan’s in the shower,” Minho told him softly, continuing to set the table. Hyunjin tensed at the mention of Chan, but he didn’t say anything as Changbin set the bags down in the kitchen. “The others will be here soon.”

Despite the hotel room not being big enough for all of them, they always had dinner together, squeezing their way into a room and sitting wherever they could.

“Okay, thanks, hyung,” Hyunjin said as he took off his shoes, exchanging them for house slippers. He waddled his way over to the couch and sat down. He closed his eyes, sighing in relief as he started to warm up.

Minho looked at Changbin. “Is he okay?” He asked quietly, glancing at Changbin.

Changbin glanced up as he shrugged his jacket off. “He did say he was tired. Maybe he’s feeling s-t-r-e-s-s-e-d.”

They didn’t use the word “stressed” around their littles that often. Most of them didn’t like it; it stressed them out or made them think they were stressing their caregivers out. Hyunjin could spell, but he tended to struggle a lot if he wasn’t paying attention.

A quiet hum left Minho, frowning at the use of the word, but Changbin wasn’t wrong. They were all stressed.

“Perhaps.” He said and stepped away; the table was finished being set up. He pinched the bridge of his nose, feeling exhausted. Minho knew it was due to him not regressing, but he refused to regress.

He didn’t want to turn little and experience it again. Sure, he was better now, but he wasn’t mentally ready to be little again.

“...Hyunjin,” Changbin called out. Hyunjin looked up at him. “Take your jacket off, you’ll get sick. It’s wet,” he said softly as Hyunjin didn’t move once he sat down. If he were honest, he hadn’t realized the jacket was wet.

A soft giggle left Hyunjin as he snuggled into his jacket, still cold. “Don’t wanna,” he said, fighting the urge to giggle at Changbin’s huff and smile. “Too tired. Limbs not working,” he joked, cracking a laugh out of Changbin.

“Your limbs work,” Changbin walked over, stood over Hyunjin. “They worked when you opened the door, when you took your shoes off, when you sat down,” he listed more, noticing the way Hyunjin’s eyes were starting to sparkle.

Changbin saw how Hyunjin was trying to hide his giggles. “Well, now they don’t work!” Hyunjin proclaimed, dramatically making himself go limp. “I can’t take my jacket off, it’s far too much work,” he said, shutting his eyes.

A snicker left Changbin. “Oh, and why should I help you or do anything for you?” He asked as he sat next to Hyunjin.

“Because you love me?” Hyunjin pouted, keeping his eyes shut. Hyunjin heard a sigh before he felt hands land on his shoulders.

His eyes fluttered open before he gasped as Changbin’s hands slid down. “Hyu-,” he didn’t get another word out before Changbin was tickling him. Hyunjin squealed loudly, feet kicking out on instinct. “Stop! Don-,” Hyunjin wheezed a laugh out, trying to squirm away, but Changbin’s grip was strong. “No tickling!” He ended up pinned on the couch whilst Changbin teased him.

“Looks like your limbs are working now!” He shouted as Hyunjin’s hands gripped his arms, trying to push him away. Hyunjin had tears in his eyes, squealing and laughing. “Take your jacket off yourself.”

Changbin stopped and let Hyunjin recover. He gave Hyunjin 30 seconds to breathe and remove his jacket. When Hyunjin didn’t, he suddenly started tickling him again. The laughs and squeals started up again. Hyunjin kicked and tried to escape, but it was of no use; Changbin kept going.

Minho watched from the kitchen, leaning against the door frame. The sight was cute, but it made his heart ache that he couldn’t giggle like that either. He hadn’t gone into his little space for so long; he missed playing with Hyunjin and Seungmin. He watched for a little longer before noticing tears started to roll down Hyunjin’s cheeks.

But just as he took a step forward, intent on stopping Changbin, Hyunjin slapped Changbin on the shoulders twice.

“P-Papa, stop!” Changbin moved away instantly, recognizing that Hyunjin had dropped and that he had given the non-verbal safe sign.

Hyunjin curled up on himself, letting out tired giggles, and protecting his sides. “You okay, baby?” Changbin asked, his voice turned soft and caring. If Hyunjin had fully dropped, Changbin wanted to ensure he wasn’t upset from the tickling.

Slowly, Changbin shuffled over to Hyunjin. “Hey,” he smiled, a hand resting on his shoulder. “Look at me, baby,” he encouraged.

When Hyunjin peeked at Changbin, he smiled. “Hi, baby,” he whispered, leaning down to kiss his head. “Why didn’t you tell me that you wanted to regress?” He asked, fingers playing with his hair.

A pout was on Hyunjin’s lips. “You’re tired,” he said quietly, wiping his tears away. Changbin guided Hyunjin to sit up. “Didn’t think Papa would wanna play,” he admitted. Changbin cooed and kissed Hyunjin’s head.

“I may be tired, but Papa would tell you if we can or can’t play. But you need to tell me if you want to regress,” he whispered, kissing his cheek. “We could’ve watched a movie or done something relaxing, there’s always time to regress. You should know. We always tell you that. You’re our Prince.”

Hyunjin didn’t get called Prince often.

The pet name made his cheeks flush.

Usually, he was called baby, but sometimes, when he felt vulnerable or after being lightly scolded, he was called Prince.

He looked down shyly with a whine before he gasped. Changbin gently pulled Hyunjin close and up into his arms. Hyunjin pouted as he snuggled into Changbin. “Sorry, Papa,” he whispered, and Changbin rubbed his back.

A knock at the door interrupted the soft atmosphere. Changbin went to move, but Minho had already moved and headed for the front door. “Thanks, hyung,” he called out as he continued to hold Hyunjin.

“Let’s get your jacket off, yeah?” He asked, and Hyunjin nodded.

The sound of a cartoon was filling the hotel room - childish voices and wacky sound effects. It was likely Seungmin. He was the only little one who had an iPad, and Seungmin usually didn’t use it when he was big.

“Hey hyung,” Jeongin called out as he guided Seungmin inside. The Little was glued to his iPad, watching his cartoon, the colors swirling in his eyes. “Pup, watch where you’re going,” he said as Seungmin didn’t look away from the screen once.

Jeongin sighed. “Turn it down, please, pup,” he whispered. Seungmin was tired, and usually, he wanted cuddles or cartoons when tired - unless he was in a younger headspace. It wasn’t shocking that he picked cartoons, but it was surprising that they could all hear it.

Usually, Seungmin wore headphones. Minho noticed Seungmin’s headphones were under his arm. Minho and Hyunjin weren’t allowed to watch cartoons, so the headphones were a necessity.

“Seungmo,” Minho called out, and Seungmin looked up from his iPad. He looked tired and quite annoyed, not surprising as they all were tired. “No cartoons until after dinner or put your headphones on, please,” he told him softly.

The last thing Minho wanted was to potentially drop from hearing or seeing one of his favorite cartoons.

Seungmin pouted instantly at Minho. He just turned away from him and went to walk off, turning the volume up louder. He was trying to ignore them, evident that his tiredness was making him grumpy.

“Nah-ah,” Jeongin’s voice called out, and he grabbed Seungmin’s iPad from his hands.

A whine left Seungmin, and he reached for his iPad. Despite being taller, he didn’t reach high enough. Jeongin held it away from his grasp, a frown on his lip.

“Don’t be rude, pup. Hyung is talking to you, and I told you to turn it down,” he told him, Seungmin gasping when his iPad was hidden behind Jeongin’s back. “Your hyung told you not until after dinner.”

Quickly, Seungmin stomped his foot. “I wanna watch!” He shouted, and Minho blinked in surprise. Hyunjin looked up from his place on Changbin’s shoulder, confused by the sudden commotion.

Seungmin was a well-behaved Little, so it was shocking when he acted bratty. Sure, Big Seungmin was a brat, but Little Seungmin was shy and affectionate. Little Seungmin was nothing like the menace their loveable puppy was.

They loved him either way.

Jeongin placed his hand on his hip. He raised a brow at his Little, a simple warning at Seungmin’s attitude.

Usually, that was all it took for Seungmin to calm down or apologize. But he didn’t apologize.

Instead, Seungmin stomped his foot again and reached out for his iPad. “Dada, I wanna watch! You said I could!” He protested, and Jeongin glared lightly at him.

“Don’t you stomp or raise your foot at me, puppy. It’s not polite,” he told him, trying to be gentle with his baby, who he knew was cranky from exhaustion.

Seungmin bristled at his words, his face scrunching up in distress. “I think someone’s tired and might need a nap.”

“I don’t need a nap!” Seungmin stomped his foot down and even threw his headphones down. Hyunjin’s eyes widened when he saw his usually snuggly and calm older brother throw a tantrum.

His headphones were extremely expensive, noise-canceling ones that ensured Seungmin could watch his shows without being disturbed. It often helped keep him happy and helped him focus solely on his show, which in turn let him sleep.

“Kim Seungmin,” Jeongin said, and Seungmin stomped his foot once again.

The Little didn’t seem to understand how much trouble he was about to be in.

“Do I need to put you in the corner or time-out, mister?” He asked, Seungmin’s widening briefly, like it was clicking that he could be in trouble. “I don’t want to put you in time-out. Pick up your headphones, and apologize to Minho and me for being impolite.”

Seungmin hesitated, his eyes swimming in worry. He quickly shook his head but didn’t move. He was being stubborn.

Jeongin raised a brow again as he waited for Seungmin to move.

But Seungmin didn’t move.

His eyes seemed to be calculating, trying to figure out how to get his way and not get in trouble. There was a soft pout on Seungmin’s lips. “Not hungry,” he tried instead, and Jeongin shook his head. “But, Dada,” he said with a soft whine.

“You can’t have your iPad until after dinner anyway. Please, say sorry and pick up your headphones,” he told him once again. Seungmin’s face quickly scrunched up again. Jeongin stared down at his Little, waiting for him to listen.

Everyone was watching, Hyunjin’s eyes wide with curiosity and nerves. Seungmin soon clenched his fists and suddenly kicked his headphones. “No!” He shouted, surprising everyone with the explosion of his voice. “No, no, no, no, no! I want to watch, give it!”

“Seungmin!” Jeongin scolded him quickly. “That is enough,” he told him sternly and gently grabbed Seungmin’s arm.

It wasn’t long before the tears started. It wasn’t shocking as Seungmin was tired and throwing a tantrum.

“I’m so sorry, guys. He’s tired, really tired. Give us some time,” Jeongin whispered, quick to drag the protesting Little away from everyone. He picked up his headphones, taking the now sobbing Little away from them all.

The Little’s shouts tapered off as Jeongin dragged him into the bedroom and away from the others, who were completely shocked. Minho and Hyunjin were the most shocked, but the caregivers weren’t shocked.

“Is everything okay?” Felix’s voice soon called out as he poked his head into the room. He glanced at Minho, who looked shaken up. “Everything okay, bunny?” He asked, trying to prod Minho into regressing. Minho’s body tensed for a second at the pet name.

Minho hugged himself and glanced at Felix. “Yeah…everything’s okay,” Minho whispered, but his eyes were hazing over. Minho quickly shook his head. “I’m fine, Lix,” he told him, trying to shake the haze off.

A small sigh left Felix before he nodded. It was worth a shot to try to get Minho to relax.

“Okay, hyung,” Felix whispered. “Chan and Jisungie are getting the drinks, and then we can eat…well, once Jeongin and Seungmin come back,” he whispered.

Minho nodded as he continued to fiddle with the food on the table, trying to distract himself. “Thanks, Lix,” he whispered and looked away from him. They were left in an awkward silence. Felix stared at Minho with an uncertain look before he turned back to the kitchen to grab cups and their utensils.

Ever since Minho had a lack of slipping into his little headspace, there was an unspoken tension that surrounded the group.

It’s likely what had caused Hyunjin to slip, plus his exhaustion, now that Changbin thought about it. He stared at Hyunjin and could see how his eyes were more glassy than normal while he stared at Minho. It made logical sense that Hyunjin probably missed Little Minho. Minho was his little brother after all.

“Baby,” Changbin called out softly to Hyunjin. The Little looked at him instantly. “We should get you changed into comfy clothes, no?” He whispered, Hyunjin pouted, but nodded. He was comfortable in Changbin’s arms.

When Hyunjin didn’t get up or move, Changbin snorted softly. “You need Papa to carry you?” He asked, playing with his hair. “Should we get you changed into some Little clothes?” He asked.

Hyunjin nodded rapidly. “Yes, Papa!” He giggled and hugged Changbin again. Changbin smiled and stood up, lifting Hyunjin along with him. Hyunjin clung to Changbin, snuggling into his caregiver.

“You’ll be okay, hyung?” Changbin called out as he looked at Minho, and he glanced at Felix. The pair looked tense next to one another. It was worrying to see them not close like usual, but they all knew, especially Jisung and Felix, that it was a small bump in the road.

Minho nodded. “We’ll be fine,” he said. Changbin nodded and soon headed upstairs with Hyunjin.

“What do you want to wear, my Prince?” Changbin asked, trying to distract himself and keep Hyunjin happy. “Cars? Dinosaurs? Something more fancy?” He asked, setting Hyunjin down onto the bed. He and Hyunjin shared this room whilst Minho had the other room. Felix was in here the first night, but then Minho asked for space.

It wasn’t too shocking, as Felix being around caused Minho to have the urge to regress. He had to fight the urges; he couldn’t regress, not now.

Changbin looked through Hyunjin’s Little suitcase, waiting for Hyunjin’s answer. “Something fancy, Papa! For Daddy!” Hyunjin proclaimed, giggling before he noticed his bag of toys. He scurried off to it, and Changbin smiled.

“I suppose we should dress our Prince like a Prince,” he glanced at Hyunjin. “Or maybe a Princess?” Changbin asked, touching on the idea of femininity for Hyunjin. Hyunjin wore girly things sometimes. “What do you think, baby?”

Hyunjin was ignoring Changbin at this point as he tipped the bag of toys upside down. His cars poured out of the bag along with some dinosaurs. Changbin was amused and decided on comfy clothes for their Little.

“Ugh- Papa!” Hyunjin protested when Changbin pulled him close. “I wanna play!” He whined, a hand managing to grab a toy to distract himself.

A chuckle left Changbin. “Nuh-uh. Get dressed, and then you can play,” he told him as he wrangled him into his lap. Hyunjin was quick to pout and huff, but he obeyed Changbin. He allowed Changbin to undress him and re-dress him.

When Changbin finished dressing him, Hyunjin ran off. He went back to his toys before blinking. His legs felt more exposed than usual. He looked down and noticed Changin had dressed him in a pink skirt that reached just above his knees.

“Are you comfortable, baby?” Changbin asked, noticing Hyunjin’s eyes were on the skirt. “Do you want to change?”

Hyunjin thought for a moment before he shook his head. “No, Papa. I like this,” he whispered, sitting down to play with his toys. He looked at his shirt, giggling when he saw an orange car was printed on the black shirt.

“We have to eat, baby. Bring a car, but you need to eat,” Changbin let Hyunjin decide which toy to pick. Once Hyunjin picked up his car, Changbin picked him up, carrying him downstairs. Hyunjin made car noises, driving his car on the side of Changbin’s face.

Changbin didn’t mind. He was used to his Little’s antics. Sure, the car wheels hurt, but Changbin was happy to see Hyunjin smiling.

Once they reached downstairs, Changbin set Hyunjin down. Hyunjin rushed over to the table and sat down in front of his Little plate. “Papa?” He called out, getting the older male’s attention. “Is Daddy gonna be here soon?” He pouted as he drove his car on the table.

“He should be here any moment,” Changbin reassured. The door soon opened, and the chatter of Jisung’s voice bounced into the hotel room.

Minho looked up when he heard Jisung’s voice. His Little side sang with joy, but he snuffed it out quickly. “Hi, Sungie,” he called out softly. He walked over, Jisung carrying a box of drinks, Chan walking beside him.

Jisung grinned. “Hey, hyung,” he called out. He glanced at Felix, seeing the exhaustion evident on his face. They’d both been worried about Minho; the lack of regression was a source of stress for them.

Caregivers needed their Littles as much as Littles needed their caregivers. It helped both sides de-stress. It wasn’t always vital for idol groups, but it helped if there were both Littles and caregivers.

“Daddy!” Hyunjin got up from his chair, interrupting the tension between Jisung and Minho. He rushed over to Chan and hugged him tightly. He missed Chan and hoped Chan was less stressed now.

A soft laugh left Chan as he hugged Hyunjin back. “Hi, baby,” he whispered and petted his head before he pulled back to look at Hyunjin. “Are you being a Princess today?” He asked with a hum before noticing the car in Hyunjin’s hand.

“No…you must be a race car driver who is also a Princess?” Chan suggested instead when Hyunjin pouted lightly.

Hyunjin nodded rapidly. “Princess race car driver!” He proclaimed, Changbin snickered at the absurd title but didn’t say anything. He didn’t want to upset their baby, after all. “Daddy, we gotta eat quickly. I wanna play,” he grabbed Chan’s hand, dragging him to the table.

“Yes, yes, we can play after we eat,” Chan laughed, quick to follow Hyunjin to the table. “Do you want to play with your cars after dinner?” He asked, sitting next to Hyunjin, and playing with his hair.

Changbin smiled as he looked at Chan and Hyunjin. Hyunjin nodded rapidly, thankful to be with his Daddy after a long day. He wanted to play. He grabbed the box from Jisung, gesturing with his head towards Minho and mouthing the word go, to him.

“Thanks, hyung,” Jisung whispered and headed over to Minho. “Hey, honey,” he teased, trying to keep things casual with Minho. “Thanks for making dinner, we appreciate it.” Minho raised a brow at Jisung, but he nodded.

Good.

Minho didn’t have his guard up, not suspecting that Jisung was trying to make him regress.

“Someone has to feed you hooligans. You’d starve or eat junk food if I didn’t cook,” Minho said with a huff, but he didn’t cook if he was Little.

Felix glanced at Jisung, suspecting what the other male was doing. “Still! We have to thank you, hyung,” Jisung giggled and hugged Minho, who tensed. He shoved Jisung’s face away from him, acting annoyed, but he was trying to stop his smile. “Let me say thank you!” Jisung whined, making kissy lips.

“Absolutely not,” Minho huffed, still pushing his face away. “You can thank me by eating the food I made,” he told him bluntly, squirming in Jisung’s hold. “Now go sit down!”

Jisung whined and tugged Minho over to the table. “Make sure you eat too,” he forced Minho to sit down, the older male getting agitated. Minho stared at Jisung before he huffed.

“I will, you don’t have to lecture me. I’m older than you,” Minho scoffed. “You sit down and eat too,” he yanked Jisung down into the seat next to him. “Felix, you eat too,” he told him, gesturing to the spot on the other side of him.

Chan hummed as he watched Jisung and Felix sitting on either side of their Little. That was when Chan noticed something. “Where’s Seungmin and Jeongin?” He asked, frowning as he looked around the room.

“Oh, Seungmin had a meltdown,” Changbin explained, folding his arms. “He’s upstairs with Jeongin. They’re in Minho’s room. He had a freak-out about having to eat; he wanted to watch his cartoons. We reckon he’s tired. It was a bad tantrum.”

A frown was on Chan’s lips. “Maybe I should go check on them,” Chan whispered, sighing. “We can’t eat without them, and everything’s getting cold,” he said, standing up before Changbin yanked him down.

“Jeongin said he could handle it. Interfering isn’t going to help,” Changbin reasoned, shaking his head. “Besides, our Princess has been waiting for you,” he told Chan, looking at Hyunjin.

Hyunjin was playing with his car, swinging his legs in the chair, and humming a random tune. It was an adorable sight. Hyunjin leaned on Chan, overjoyed to be with his Daddy after such a long day of being un-regressed.

Chan sighed loudly. That was true. Their baby needed them.

“Yeah, you’re right,” Chan smiled and leaned down. He kissed Hyunjin’s head, playing with his hair. “My baby. I love you so much. You were so good today,” he pulled Hyunjin closer, wrapping an arm around his waist.

A giggle came from Hyunjin as he made a vroom vroom noise. “Love Daddy too,” he said before blinking when the car was taken from his hands. “Daddy?” He asked, eyes wide with confusion.

“We need to eat, baby,” he whispered as Changbin grabbed food for Hyunjin. “Let’s eat some food, and then we can play. Remember, you said we have to eat fast so we can play.”

Hyunjin lit up and nodded rapidly. He let Changbin scoop food into his bowl before he pulled away from Chan upon hearing footsteps. He peeked towards the hallway where soft sniffles and sobs could be heard.

Everyone turned towards the noise before Seungmin rounded the corner.

Seungmin’s face was red, his cheeks blotchy from crying. A soft sob left Seungmin, clinging to Jeongin. He rubbed at his eyes as Jeongin guided Seungmin towards the dining room. “Come on, puppy,” Jeongin whispered. Seungmin stumbled over his feet a couple of times.

“Dada,” Seungmin sniffled, sleeves rubbing at his nose and eyes. “Dada, my eyes hurt…”

Jeongin smiled lightly, a smile of pity on his lips. “I know, pup. That’s what happens when you cry. You know what to do,” he guided him over to Minho.

Minho looked up with a raised brow. “Yes, Seungmo?” He asked quietly, not realizing when Felix and Jisung had grabbed his hands. “What did you need to say?” He frowned, his Little side crying out at the sight of Seungmin upset.

“I-I’m sorry,” Seungmin rubbed harder at his eyes. “Sorry for being mean and rude and throwing things and- and-,” he hiccupped, and Jeongin rubbed Seungmin’s back. “I’m just tired. Really tired. I didn’t-.”

A sigh left Minho. “You don’t have to apologize, Seungmo,” he moved his hands from Felix and Jisung’s to hold Seungmin’s. “We’re all tired. It happens. You’re Little, so don’t stress. I accept your apology, puppy. Now, why don’t you sit down and eat?”

Seungmin had tears in his eyes before he nodded. Jeongin guided him to sit down, keeping Seungmin close to him, and playing with his hair.

“You’re okay, puppy,” Jeongin whispered and started to scoop food into Seungmin’s bowl. “Let’s eat, then you can watch your iPad and sleep,” he told him, tapping his face with a paper towel to get rid of the tears.

Minho sighed at the sight of Seungmin so upset. He leaned back into the seat, feeling exhausted. His mental state was a mess, but he refused to regress, even as his hands slipped into his caregiver's hands.

Jisung and Felix glanced at one another. Both gripped Minho’s hands tightly, keeping him from trying to feed himself. Quickly, the pair started to move, chopsticks grabbing food, and shovelling it into Minho’s mouth.

“I can-,” food was shovelled into Minho’s mouth. “Feed myself,” he grumbled, glaring lightly at the pair.

A pout was on both their lips. “We’re just saying thank you. Plus, you look tired, hyung,” Felix reasoned. He petted Minho’s head as Jisung fed him another mouthful of food. Minho sighed loudly, but knew he couldn’t stop the pair once they were on a mission, so he sat there, letting them feed him.

“You two are so stubborn,” Minho protested, but he slowly started to relax. His eyes began to flutter closed, the exhaustion kicking in. His earlier headache doubled in pain, and the suppression of his regression made everything painful.

He just had to survive until they finished dinner.

“Daddy, let’s play!” Hyunjin giggled. He’d been patiently waiting for Chan to finish eating, and now that Chan was, Hyunjin was eagerly pulling Chan off the table and towards the play mat set up in the corner.

Chan chuckled. “I’m coming,” he smiled, following his Little to the play mat. “Did you want to let Seungmin play too? He might want to.”

“I want him to play!” Hyunjin giggled as Chan lay down on the ground. “Think he’d wanna play cars? Or is the puppy too young?” He asked, pouting. His car landed on Chan’s chest, and he was quick to start driving it around.

A laugh left Chan. “He might, or he might want some cuddles,” he suggested, allowing Hyunjin to run the car all over his chest. He was used to his baby’s antics by now; Hyunjin was always getting physical while playing.

“Hugs and cars?” Hyunjin suggested, mauling over the idea of how to play with a younger Seungmin. “Like bunny, right? Be careful and give him my least favorite car?” He asked softly.

When Minho regressed and wanted to play, Hyunjin always had to be careful. Chan and Changbin told him that Minho might chew his cars or throw them, so the car had to be one that Hyunjin didn’t mind getting dirty or destroyed.

“Yeah, like bunny,” Chan smiled at Hyunjin, watching his Little make car noises and run the car up and down his chest, then down to his stomach, and back up again. “But if he’s not feeling little, he’ll wanna play big.”

Hyunjin pouted lightly. “So more cars?” He asked quietly, tilting his head. “I gotta share, right?” He lay down next to Chan, leaning on his shoulder as he continued to play.

“Sharing is caring,” Chan laughed, letting his baby pout and continue to play. He glanced over at the table and saw that Changbin was making his way over. “And you don’t mind sharing, right?”

A huff left Hyunjin. “I don’t mind sharing,” he whispered before gasping. “Papa!” He giggled but didn’t stop. “Did you come to play too?”

Changbin smiled. “If you want me to play, then yes,” he told him quietly. Hyunjin nodded, and Changbin made his way over. He sat behind Chan, lifting Chan’s head and settling it in his lap.

“Thanks, Papa,” Hyunjin said softly, using Changbin’s stomach as a ramp to then hit Chan’s chest. “Oh, should I go get the puppy?” He asked softly, pausing with his toys.

Hyunjin didn’t wait for an answer as he suddenly scrambled off to the table. “Uncle Innieeeee,” he called out as he got to the table. “Can Puppy play with me?” He asked with a giggle.

“Of course, but only if he feels up to it. Our puppy needs to eat first and he might be too tired to play by then,” Jeongin told Hyunjin with a smile. Hyunjin pouted, mopping slightly but he understood his uncle’s words.

Jeongin smiled. “Puppy,” he said softly and Seungmin looked at his Dada.

“Yes, Dada?” Seungmin asked quietly. His eyes were still red, face still splotchy, and sniffles leaving him.

At the sight of Seungmin so distraught, Jeongin felt bad. “Would you like to play with Puppy after you finished eating or go for a nap?” He asked softly, petting Seungmin’s head to try and calm him.

Seungmin looked away from Hyunjin. “I’m tired, Dada…” He whispered, pouting and feeling guilty that he couldn’t play with Hyunjin. But his earlier tantrum had him barely able to keep his eyes open, exhausted beyond belief.

“That’s okay, puppy!” Hyunjin said, trying not to have his fellow Little be upset. “We can play when you’re not upset,” he giggled, rushing forward to kiss Seungmin’s cheek before he headed back to his Daddy and his Papa.

Chan grunted when their little came rushing back to them, slamming into his body. “Careful, Prince,” he said with a soft laugh. He played with Hyunjin who moped slightly. It was an adorable sight.

“Our good Prince,” Changbin leaned down to kiss his head. It made Hyunjin giggle. He was happy to see his Daddy and Papa so relaxed, to see the pair smiling. It was the most he’d seen the pair smile in a while.

Notes:

Okay! That’s the end!

I know it’s a little short for Hyunjin’s part, but this felt like a good spot to end for him. I was happy with this chapter. I think I’ll do another part eventually to show more about the Littles!

Hope you all enjoyed the chapter.

Thank you so much for reading!

Kudos and comments are highly appreciated!
