Summary
Princess Rhaenys Targaryen died during the Sack of Kingslanding when she was ripped from her mothers arms and stabbed so many times that even the cruellest and most twisted men would claim it to be an unnecessarily brutal death for one so young. She hadn't even been a full year old, still swaddled at her mother's breast.
Rhae Potter grew up with ancient magic in her bones, fire in her blood and the sun in her smile. Weighted down with the exceptions of a society that would condemn her as quickly as they would celebrate her. She grew up in a game she didn't see until it was too late to change her own fate.
Rhae played her part, she fought the war, led the light, vanquished the evil, and died for the cause. She did what was expected of her. But when the fighting was over and the world moved on and started healing, Rhae was left without a cause.
When you've lived your whole life towards one goal, what do you do when that goal has been achieved? According to death, you find a new cause in a new place and you start by returning to the home you were saved from.
