I'm hungry, honey

Summary:

Do you hear that sound? It's my intestines rumbling, you cause it, honey, you cause these reactions in me.

Chapter 1: I´m hungry

Chapter Text

I found you attractive and seductive, not just because of the way the sun hits the porcelain of your skin, or the way your cheeks fill with blood. There’s something else about you that makes me unable to think clearly, as if you weren’t from this world, a species totally different from ours.

My heart pierces my lungs from how much it bounces when I see you; my oxygen fills with adrenaline and detailed substances. My intestines roar, scratch, beg my nervous system to act in the face of this anomaly. You can't understand the effect you have on me and you never will.

Burgers? Pizza? Sushi? What do you want to snack on this lovely afternoon? Don’t set your eyes on my wallet; my worn-out sneakers have been around longer than you think, but I’m fine, both financially and physically.

We can go to the park, listen to the sounds of nature: the singing of the birds, the shouts of the children, the arguments of the elders, posthumous to their passing. I can take you almost anywhere; don't ask me for the moon. Maybe going to your home planet would bore you, right?

I want to meet you, hear your voice. Is your tone high or low? Baritone? Tenor? Soprano? I'm sure of the melodies you pronounce when you speak. Will you let me touch your neck? I don't doubt how soft it is; inside there are millions of possibilities. Will you lead me to your lungs? I would love to breathe the same air as you.

Let's meet tomorrow; the day will be sunny. You and I will walk on the path of tachycardia. You like that path, right? I know it. I promise not to be too 'hyperactive'.

Even though I might fail in the attempt... I assure you this moment will last forever.

With love
