Summary:

This story is about how Livio can't decide if he should reveal Anu's plans to the other bodyguards or keep it a secret and putting the Princes life at stake. After a long time of thinking he decides that revealing their plans is better many Princes lives are at stake after all but when Gion finds out they had A HUGE argument with Gion walking out the door,Livio is left alone with his emotions but how can he feel alright if his relationship with his "closest friend"(more like boyfriend) goes down hill?(There's a happy ending don't worry:) Btw I headcanon that Quentin is Livio's brother figure (;

Hiii my lovely readers this story is mostly livion centred but there is very little mentions of them being lovers that is a story for another time:) this is my first fic and I apologize in advance for my terrible English feel free to write suggestions for prince series. Chapter 1: The betrayal

'oh god do I tell them or not?So many Princes lives are at stake now and so is my job and relationship with Gion.What do I do?' then a voice snapped Livio back into reality"-vio? Livio!" "What?o-oh sorry I wasn't paying attention.What did you say?" Quentin had a worried expression he sensed something was wrong with Livio the moment he walked into the meeting room. Now that he looks at him Livio had heavy eyes though it wasn't as noticeable but it's still worrying that the normally cheerful and energetic bodyguard is looking so tired."Livio are you ok?you have been losing focus a lot recently,as bodyguards we need to always remain on guard."
Livio knows this but he can't help but think that keeping all these secrets are unfair to the others.After all they might lose their job because of him. Quentin senses his unease and confirmed that something is wrong"Livio it's only the two of us here right now the others are busy. If there's anything wrong you can tell me."
This puts more pressure on Livio he feels terrible for keeping all of this to himself and he knows that Quentin is genuinely worried about him so he can't help but tell him everything about Anu's plans and how Gion's grandfather is mostly behind all this and how Gion is only doing this to please his grandfather or how he is barely able to sleep without having horrible nightmares. Quentin stayed silent with a unreadable expression on his face 'is he mad at me because I kept so much from them?'"Livio I do hope you know that none of this is your fault. I know you don't want to betray your Prince and I know choosing between sides isn't easy and I appreciate you telling me all this you made the right choice." Though Quentin says he made the right choice Livio still can't get this feeling of his chest and he doesn't feel like he made anything better he actually feels like he made it worse. After a little while the other bodyguards arrived and they discussed how to prevent the Egyptian Princes plots but the entire time Livio didn't pay attention to a thing all he could think about was how Gion would react if he found out but he knew it would be nothing good."Livio you can go back now get some sleep ok and thank you for telling me this, tomorrow we have a important mission we have to stop Anu "
