Juhoon knows since the start of the promotion of their first EP, he really wants to be closer with his band members, especially James. James looks like he doesn't want to be approached behind the camera. He has a strong persona but a very closeted type of a guy. In front of the audience he looks like he owns the place but after they come backstage, James hides in his shell and is very quiet. That's very strange in Juhoon's eyes.
What do you mean whenever the camera got off James turned to his 180 degrees personality. No cracking dad jokes, no laughing about small things and only looking at his phone or dozing off staring at a void.
At first it looks cute, James really looks like a little kid. But after a while Juhoon felt so out of place. Every member always gave their attention to him, always talked to him and asked his opinion on simple things. They like moths to a flame. Always clinging to Juhoon.
But James never did that. He buys food alone, chooses any type of TikTok Video Challenge without asking Juhoon opinion, posting selfies without asking anyone if he looks good in the pictures. It’s not saying James needs his opinion to prove his handsomeness, his James hyung always looks good at anything, so it's not a problem.
But that's not the point, Juhoon thinks he wants James to give attention to him the same amount as all the members gave. He wants James to come to him.
He wants the attention from James. He wants whenever Juhoon walks past him James looks out from his phone and sees. He wants James to see Juhoon with his new glasses, compliment his new hair color, his new style, his new jewelry and all. He wants James to ask Juhoon to do things with him and all of the other things. He wants it all. He wants James' attention. That's it.
He will steal attention from James, he will do anything for James to give all of his attention to Juhoon.
