Chapter Text
Hello, this is the writer of Drizzle and Thunder, and in here, the chapters related to Drizzle and Thunder anniversary and Rain's birthday will be posted.
Now, I know the first chapter (the prologue, for that matter) of Drizzle and Thunder posted here (AO3) back in 17/10/2025, but it was originally first posted back in the Pathways Discord server at 14/03 of the same year, so it have been a year since I started to write this fanfic. And trust me, it have been a pleasure writing so far, and it still is!
As for why Rain Birthday is so conveniently close to Drizzle and Thunder anniversary, it because while it is convenient (both in terms of writing and posting these chapters), there is another reason: Rain birthday is 21/03, which is usually the first day of Spring (at least, in the Northern Hemisphere of our planet, Astronomical wise). And during which season N uses a rain team during his appearance in Pokemon Black 2/White 2? Spring! So yeah, the whole reason of why Rain even uses rain team and Pokemons was based around N, so thanks for that (on a side not, I really need to play the gen 5 games...).
Anyways, here is the upcoming schedule for when each chapter is going to be posted:
Anniversary Chapter - A Message of what to Come, 14/03/2026
Birthday Chapter - Rain's Celebration, 21/03/2026
I think I'll use this as a place where all Drizzle and Thunder anniversary/Rain's birthday chapters will be posted, so you'll probably see more chapters like this in here each year, at least while I'm still writing about this fanfic. Well, see you next week!
