   Summary

   Three days have passed since the electroshock therapy. Ever since Ikeda took the electroshock therapy punishment, things have gotten so much worse for him. He stopped eating, using the bathroom, sleeping, or ever drinking water.

   And yet, something changed today. He decided to eat something today, and Tei couldn’t have been more glad. It felt like he had finally made progress; Ikeda had even properly opened up to him about how he felt. In the midst of the hell of the motive, it felt like there was something that could give him relief again.

   …Unfortunately, a visit to the medbay at the cusp of a sleepless night completely recontextualized everything that happened that day.

   Tei Atsushi wished he never held hope.
