Summary
Ahsara Vey, once a padawan of a Jedi master, survived the horrors of Order 66 by hiding her connection to the Force and burying herself in secrecy. Haunted by memories of the Clone Wars, the friends she lost, the Jedi she fought beside, and the betrayal of the clones, has spent years surviving alone on the scrapyard planet Bracca, relying on her wits.
When the Inquisitors arrive hunting for a fugitive Jedi, Ahsara's carefully concealed life collides with Cal Kestis, another young survivor unlike anyone she's seen. Distrustful, guarded, and haunted by her past, she sees Cal as another threat. But circumstances force them together as they fight to survive, evade the empire, and confront the lingering ghosts of their fallen Order.
