Summary
Despite the Followers of the Black Mage being defeated in Lith Harbor, there was even more work to be done: rebuilding, training new adventurers, and making allies both in and out of the city. As the city heals, Elpam and his party are sent out to make allies and, in a strange series of events, mend old relationships.
