"Chris, before you go…" Ethan said, making Chris stop in his tracks.
"It has to be a quick one," Chris grumbled as he turned to face Ethan.
"... Heisenberg said something about you punching boulders. What was that all about? Boulders? Is that like a new type of monster?" Ethan said.
Ethan then watches Chris's ears go red right in front of him. That's not the reaction he expected. Chris Redfield didn't embarrass easily. Chris looked at his handgun with renewed interest.
"I have no idea what that man is talking about," Chris said quickly.
"Wait. You punched a boulder?!" Ethan exclaimed.
"We don't have time for this, Ethan. I need to set the charges!" Chris said.
He was about to leave, but Ethan grabbed his shoulder.
"Wait, wait, hold on," Ethan said, "What, you're afraid to tell me that you broke your arm punching a boulder?"
Chris's silence made Ethan think twice.
"No fucking shot you destroyed a boulder with your bare fists!" Ethan exclaimed, clearly horrified by Chris's strength.
"I didn't destroy the boulder!" Chris snapped. "The terrain was impossible to navigate, and I figured that I would just move the boulder into the lava so that Sheva could cross over."
"Lava, why would you be near lava-"
Ethan stopped. His eyes widened.
Chris rolled his eyes. "Don't you dare say-"
"YOU WERE IN A VOLCANO?!" Ethan shouted.
Chris groans.
"God damn it, Sheva…" He grumbled before walking
