Summary
The context in the situation is before the Artful’s brute incident! Meaning Artful stills being a recognized and popular magician properly for the fanfic logic in this one. Devesto is part of the other civilians but he’s different to the rest, every civilian is, but he’s WAY different.
Devesto and Artful get along somehow, each other romantic direction will progress taking it’s needed time. Devesto is curious and intrigued by the magician’s gaze, keeping an eye over him constantly.
Their relation is hate/love, this is important if you don’t like these couples! However, everything I’ll write will be consensual, even if it doesn’t seem like it is. Will remain a strong relationship dynamic because, Artful finds Devesto romantically a possible partner meanwhile Devesto doesn’t like serious intentions, can be interpreted like angst in a way! Anyway, Devesto will soften eventually.
