   Summary

   Akane Aoi wakes up one morning with a heavy feeling in his chest. Ignoring it, he brushes his teeth only to cough up flowers, revealing he has Hanahaki disease, caused by unrequited love. As his symptoms worsen, he struggles to hide them at school, but Aoi, Nene, and especially Minamoto Teru begin to notice something is wrong. When a severe episode forces him to collapse, Teru steps in, his calm demeanor giving way to genuine concern.
