Work Text:
Ludwig let out a long, defeated sigh as he trudged into his home.
It didn't seem like Gilbert was home, usually he'd be running around the place, smoking and drinking like a madman. It was Friday after all. Wochenende. Maybe he was at Antonio's to drink instead of overwhelming Ludwig with any drunken screams.
"Ludwig--!" Feliciano turned to corner eagerly to see his partner, but immediately silenced when he saw Ludwig flinch at his excited call. "Oh, sorry. Too loud?" He asked in a much quieter tone, holding his hands together in front of his chest.
Ludwig just grunted as a response. He envied Feliciano's chipper mood. With that work day behind him, he could drop dead at any minute.
And there was Feli, in some awkwardly tight shorts and an unbuttoned plaid shirt he probably stole from Ludwig some time ago. His cheeks were rose-red, lively. His hair was done up in a tiny ponytail in the back, he was growing it out a bit.
"Do you need anything?" Feliciano cocked his head to the side. "A drink, some dinner, anything?" He was always ready to cater to Ludwig's needs, especially after long and exhausting days like these ones.
Ludwig dropped his work bag against a wall, and hung his keys up on the key rack they had recently installed in the entrance hall. Ludwig insisted. It was organized! Gilbert of course agreed.
Then, Ludwig headed towards their sofa. It was relatively new, and sported a long leg out from the left side that allowed for laying down completely and lounging with friends. He practically ripped off his shoes, vest, and tie; anything that felt too tight. His usual guilt of leaving a mess wasn't even present. He'd clean it up in the morning.
Ludwig collapsed on the soft, grey sofa. He laid on his stomach, his face pressed directly into the cushion. He didn't even have to make a noise for Feliciano to realize what he wanted.
Ludwig LOVES pressure. He adores having his loved ones and dogs lay on his lap, or on his back. Most of his blankets were weighted, and he even wandered around with weighted bracelets on his wrist. No wonder the man was so damn strong! But anyways, what he needed in the moment, was some weight.
Feliciano followed after, carefully leaping onto the sofa alongside Ludwig. His leg lifted and settled across Ludwig's torso, so that Feliciano was straddling his back. He slowly laid down, making sure that all his possible body weight was on his partner's back.
Ludwig let out a long sigh. Longer than the one he made walking inside, but much more relieved. It felt like all the tension of the day before was manually being pushed out by the weight of Feli's body on his back. His blonde eyelashes fluttered as he relaxed and managed to close his eyes.
Feliciano relaxed as well, his limp body becoming even heavier than it was before. His hands slowly rubbed Ludwig's biceps, as he breathed into the German's neck. "Are you feeling better, Amore?" Feliciano asked gently, pressing a careful kiss to the back of Ludwig's neck.
Ludwig twitched ever so slightly at the unexpected sensation on his neck, but it didn't bother him. He could tolerate Feli's touch, which was almost a perfect one-off in terms of who can touch Ludwig without warning.
"I missed you so much... It was a lonely day, you know." Feliciano complained in a whisper. "Kiku was busy sewing something all day, and Gilbert left early to go out with friends..." He paused to breathe in Ludwig's scent, something he had missed since the early morning that day. "I just wanted to see you. Darn that stupid job."
Ludwig's eyes were completely shut at this point, although he was still listening. No matter how annoying it seemed to be followed around and be praised by Feliciano constantly, Ludwig enjoyed it a bit. Having someone that in love with him...
There was Kiku too, of couse. But Kiku isn't the most outwardly affectionate, and Ludwig could respect that. He acts the same way anyways. It was enough when Kiku joined Ludwig and Feli for a movie night and they all cuddled up.
"You should stop working yourself so hard," Feliciano said, breaking Ludwig out of his thoughts. "I'd like to see you around more, maybe for a siesta!" He suggested. Ludwig could hear his smile growing in the way he spoke. "We could get some coffee and cake, maybe get some flowers for Kiku..." Feliciano suggested, his voice still a whisper in mind for Ludwig.
Ludwig just chuckled quietly in response. He knew everyone would like him home longer, but he was the main breadwinner in the house. He liked seeing his family spoiled and well cared for. He liked getting Kiku and Feli pricey gifts whenever he traveled, so he could see their excitement when he got home.
"But don't feel pressured. We'll love you either way." Feliciano purred, kissing Ludwig's neck again. "I can speak for Kiku, we're one in the same." He giggled slightly, which brought a ever so faint red tint to the tops of Ludwig's ears.
Ludwig smiled. He felt himself slipping deeper and deeper into the pit of unavoidable sleep, but something still didn't feel exactly right.
"Feli, can you be heavier?" Ludwig croaked out, his voice quiet and sore. He didn't bother to open his eyes to speak, instead just contorted his face to look every so slightly dissatisfied.
Feliciano paused in his physical affections, processing the request. He almost burst our laughing, but withheld it and giggled quietly instead. "I'm as heavy as I can be, Ludy. I don't think you're getting me any heavier." He shrugged, rubbing Ludwig's arms again.
"Ach," Ludwig scoffed, defeated.
"I can call Kiku down--"
"Don't. We both know he is sleeping. It's house code to not awake Kiku when he is asleep." Ludwig shook his head, although his smile showed his amusement hidden under commanding words. "I don't want him to be woken up just to lay on me."
"True." Feliciano muttered, remembering the horrors of when he woke Kiku up during his beauty sleep one time. Feli had just wanted to go to the market together. The poor Japanese was so disoriented and frustrated that he locked himself in his room for the rest of the day.
Feliciano perked up, realizing one of Ludwig's blankets was laid over the arm of the sofa. He pulled the grey blanket down, having to brace his arms with the always unexpected weight. He managed to kick it open properly with his hands and legs, and fluttered it until it settled over both Feliciano and Ludwig completely.
"Is that better?" Feliciano asked, laying his head down on Ludwig's shoulders again. The weight of the blanket on him was admittedly satisfying, he couldn't imagine how Ludwig was feeling.
Ludwig sighed the longest he had that night yet. He felt crushed, in the best way possible. His chest pressured, his love on his back, a relaxing night of sleep and weekend ahead...
"Ja." Ludwig breathed out, unable to say anything else before he conked out.
Feliciano giggled, staring at Ludwig's resting face. "Good night, Amore. I'll still be here when you wake." He swore, kissing Ludwig on the neck one last time before properly settling, and closing his own eyes as well.
