Sierra: The Crew and Sierra Build a Dino-Myte Roof Party!
(The episode starts with a zoom-in to the Bark Yard; we cut to the whole crew except for Charger coming in to accept a call)
Rubble: Oh, man! Okay, fam! It's ringing! Uh, I mean, barking.
Wheeler and Motor: (laughing)
(The communicator screen switches to a Tuxedo Cat in a cyan suit)
The Crew: Hey, Sierra!
Sierra: Hey, pups! Wait a minute, where's Charger?
Rubble: That's a big reason why we're calling. Today is Charger’s…
The Crew: Birthday!
Sierra: Cool! I'll be sure to write him an all new birthday song.
Mix, Motor, Wheeler, Rubble, and River: (howling, cheering, barking, and meowing)
Rubble: That's puptastic! Thanks a bunch, Sierra!
Sierra: No problem! One question, does he have something special that he really, really loves?
(The Crew thinks for a moment; then Auntie Crane speaks up)
Auntie Crane: Hah! It's definitely gotta be you and dinosaurs!
Rubble: Yeah! And since you're his favorite musician ever, we wanted to invite you to a big surprise party at the Bark Yard!
Sierra: Awesome! In that case, I'll write him an all new dinosaur birthday song!
Mix: WAIT!! Since Charger loves dinosaurs, wouldn't it be cool iiiiiiif… instead of a party here, we could throw him a dinosaur birthday party on the roof of the Dinosaur Museum?
Rubble: Pawsome idea, Mix!
River: Yeah, we could build lots of cool dinosaur decorations!
Grandpa Gravel: And I'll bake a dinosaur cake!
Rubble: Mmmmm, cake…
Sierra: Sounds like we have tons of work to do! Tell you what, I'll write the dinosaur birthday song, then I'll come over to help you guys personally! It's the least I could do, right?
Rubble: Sounds great, Sierra!
Sierra: Alright! Later, Crew!
(The screen turns off)
The Crew: (howling)
River: (growls)
Rubble: Charger’s gonna loooooove this!
Wheeler: But how will we build everything and get it to the Dinosaur Museum without him seeing everything?
Mix: You've got a point, Wheeler. Charger’s one of the nosiest pups I've seen, and he could very well spoil his surprise! That, or we could spoil it for him, and either way, it won't end well!
Rubble: Don't worry, fam! I have a plan!
(We fade to Rubble about to go to his doghouse, but Charger zips by, apparently in the middle of another Zoom-Zoom-Zoomie)
Rubble: Whuh-?
(Charger zips by again, leaving Rubble standing upside-down)
Charger: (laughing)
(Charger zips by once again, leaving Rubble faceplanting in the grass)
Rubble: (chuckles) Looks like you've got the Zoom-Zoom-Zoomies for your birthday, eh, cuz?
Charger: Who, me?... Oh yeah, definitely me. (nervous chuckle) I've got the Birthday Zoom-Zoom-Zoomies!
(Charger resumes his Zoom-Zoom-Zoomies, making Rubble laugh. Charger stops in front of his cousin)
Charger: So what should we do for my birthday?
Rubble: We're gonna celebrate, duh! But first, we have to make some big repairs at the Dinosaur Museum!
Charger: Hey, I love the Dinosaur Museum! And dinosaurs!
Rubble: You don't say. (chuckles) Well, that's good to hear! Because we need you to fetch all the bolts in our Bark Yard, so we can get started!
Charger: Heh! Say no more, Rubbs! I'm on it!
(Charger dashes off to find the bolts; Rubble invites everyone else into his doghouse so they can discuss the plan)
Wheeler: Nice one, Rubble!
Mix: (chuckles) I hope that keeps Charger busy, so we can make all the decorations without him seeing!
Rubble: Yeah, I hope it works! Come on, fam! Let's… Bow-wow build!
(We fade to Rubble measuring a wooden plank while rapping a birthday song)
Rubble: (rapping) Big, big dinos just for Charger! Gonna make ‘em larger and larger and larger and larger!
(We cut to Wheeler and River sawing off a wood plank; Mix is seen with wooden dinosaurs)
Mix: You dinos definitely need a Mix Makeover! (deploys her sprayer) Ready! Aim! GO!!
(Mix applies paint to the Ankylosaurus cutout)
Mix: Okay Velociraptor, you're next!
(Then she applies paint to the Velociraptor cutout; we cut to Grandpa Gravel in his food truck)
Grandpa Gravel: One dino birthday cake, comin' right up!
(Motor puts balloons on the doghouse entrance)
Motor: (laughing) One balloon! Two balloons! Three balloons!
Charger: (grunting)
(We see Charger pushing a heavy bolt crate… right near the birthday decorations!)
Motor: Uh oh!
Mix: No! He's done early?!
Rubble: Oh, that's not good! He'll see our decorations!
Wheeler: Trouble! I repeat! Trouble!
River: Hoooooo boy!
(Rubble dashes over to Charger)
Charger: I got all those bolts you asked for! Phew!
Rubble: Wow, cuz! You're really quick!
Charger: (giggles) Thanks! You know me, cuz! I love to fetch!
Rubble: (chuckles) Oh, that reminds me! We also need you to fetch all the screws in the Bark Yard too!
Charger: On it!
(Charger runs off; Rubble ditches his cool-and-collected demeanor and sighs in relief)
Motor: Good thinking, Rubble!
Wheeler: Whew, that was close.
River: Maybe a little too close!
Mix: Yeah, Charger almost saw a part of his birthday surprise!
Rubble: That's why we gotta hurry up and finish off these decorations! Rubble on the double!
(The Crew runs off; we fade out for a commercial break. We fade back in to Wheeler’s truck being filled to the brim with birthday decorations)
Wheeler: There! My truck’s all filled! It's time to build!... Whoops, I mean… time to decorate.
Auntie Crane: Hold on, kiddos! I have one more thing to add…
(Auntie Crane reveals a huge inflatable)
Auntie Crane: A dinosaur mouth bounce house!
Mix: Ooh, mom, that's gonna make Charger’s birthday even more special! He'll love it!
Motor: Ooh!
(Motor runs to the bounce house)
Motor: Charger can go bounce, bounce, bounce!
(Rubble's pup tag beeps)
Rubble: And my pup tag’s going “beep, beep, beep”!
(A split-screen starts up; Sierra is now in a cyan version of the Crew’s attire)
Rubble: Hey hey, Sierra!
Sierra: What's up, Rubble? Just callin’ in to let you know that I was able to finish off Charger’s birthday song!
Rubble: Pawsome! We're just about done-done-de-done with the decorations!
Sierra: Oh, this is so exciting! I'll meet you there at the Dinosaur Museum! My welding torch’s ready too!
(Sierra deploys her welding torch for a brief moment and retracts it)
Rubble: Ooh, fiery! We'll see ya there!
(The call ends)
Charger: See who where?
Rubble: Wuh-ohhh!
Mix: Oh, Charger!
Auntie Crane: Oh my dog…
Wheeler: (whispers) Rubble, act natural!
(Rubble clears his throat and runs to Charger)
Rubble: What's up, cuz?
Charger: And what's in Wheeler's truck?
Rubble: Oh, you know, just some scrap metal we're dropping off at the dumpster. Hey, I think you missed a couple screws!
Charger: Where?
Rubble: Way, way, way… over in the doghouse area. Once you find them all, we'll meet you at the Dinosaur Museum!
Charger: Sounds like a plan! Later-do!
(Charger runs off; Rubble drops his act)
Rubble: Phew!
Mix: That was scary.
Wheeler: He was that close to ruining the surprise!
Rubble: You can say that again!
Auntie Crane: You've got some nasty good improvising skills, Rubble.
Motor: Yeah!
Rubble: Alright fam, let's get these decorations on the move!
(We transition to the Crew and Sierra getting the Dinosaur Museum ready)
Rubble: And up onto the roof!
Grandpa Gravel: This way, my little builders! There's an elevator we can use inside.
Rubble: Great!... If we can get everything we've built inside. (gasps)
(Grandpa Gravel, Auntie Crane, and Sierra struggle to get the balloon arc inside)
Wheeler: Uh oh! Our decorations can't fit through the front door! Not good! I repeat! Not good!
Mix: Then how will we get everything into the elevator and up to the roof for Charger's party?
River: (sighs) It sucks we can't move the elevator outside.
Mix: (gasps) River! You're a genius!
River: I'm a genius? Oh, yeah! I'm a genius! Wait, what'd I say?
Mix: Wouldn't it be cool iiiiiiif… we built an outdoor construction elevator to get the decorations onto the roof?
Sierra: Mix, that's brilliant!
Rubble: Now that's what I call a construction solution!
Wheeler: Yeah, that should be able to fit all our party supplies, no problemo!
Auntie Crane: That's my smart lil’ Mixie! I brought some extra building supplies! I'll get ‘em out so we can go to town on ‘em!
Rubble: Okay, fam! Let's… Bow-wow meow-wow build! No, wait! Even better, let's bounce and build! Sierra, Auntie, Grandpa, you can join us!
Sierra: I'm totally down for that!
Auntie Crane: Sounds like music to my ears!
Grandpa Gravel: (chuckles) Of course!
(We transition to Auntie Crane turning on music from her radio, starting up Bounce and Build!)
Rubble: 🎵 Bounce, bounce! Measure it twice!🎵
Mix, Wheeler, Motor, River, and Sierra: 🎵 Bounce, bounce! Gonna make it look nice!🎵
Wheeler: 🎵 Bounce, bounce! It's tool pack time!🎵
Rubble, Motor, Mix, and Auntie Crane: 🎵 Bounce, bounce! Yeah, love that rhyme!🎵
Sierra: 🎵 Weld it like new!🎵
Wheeler, Motor, and Grandpa Gravel: 🎵 That's what to do!🎵
Mix: 🎵 Ready! Aim! GO!🎵
Rubble, River, Sierra, Grandpa Gravel, and Wheeler: 🎵 So show… us what… you knooooo-whoa-ooooow!🎵
Mix: 🎵 Bounce and build!🎵
Motor and River: 🎵 Bounce and build!🎵
Rubble: 🎵 Love to build all day long! Bounce and build!🎵
Sierra and Wheeler: 🎵 Bounce and build!🎵
Rubble: 🎵 That's why we sing this song!🎵
Rubble and River: Awww, yeah!
Rubble: 🎵 Bounce, bounce! We're almost done!🎵
The Crew + Sierra: 🎵 Bounce, bounce! Building is fuuuuuun! Bounce, bounce!🎵
Auntie Crane: Whoo! I haven't had this much fun dancing in a long time!
Sierra: You said it, Crane! That was a hoot!
(We transition to the finished product lowering down to the ground)
Rubble: And our outdoor elevator is done-done-de-done!
(Wheeler and Mix come in with the bounce house)
Wheeler: Cuz, check it out!
Rubble: Whoa!
Wheeler: The bounce house fits in with no trouble at all!
Rubble: You're right, Wheeler! Puptastic job!
(Rubble's pup tag beeps)
Rubble:‘Sup, cuz?
Charger: Hey, Rubble! Just callin' to let you know I got all the screws, and I'll be on my way to the museum soon!
Rubble: Wait, what?
Charger: Later!
(The call ends)
Rubble: Wuh-oh! Charger will be here any minute! We gotta hurry!!
(The elevator goes up)
Mix: Dinosaur bounce house goin' up!
(Rubble pushes his turntables off-screen; Auntie Crane and Mix go off in the opposite direction. We cut to Rubble and his turntables on the roof; he goes back down as River and Sierra get the decorations onto the elevator. We cut to Mix, Wheeler, River, and Motor on the elevator with a lot of decorations. We cut to Rubble pushing another decoration as Auntie Crane, Grandpa Gravel, and Sierra carry the dinosaur cake. We cut to the Crew and Sierra finishing off the decorations and sighing in relief. Just then, Charger’s truck horn sounds off!)
Rubble: Fam, hide! I think he's here!
(Charger has indeed arrived; he uses his crane to lower down a screw crate)
Charger: Yo, fam! I'm here to help with the Dinosaur Museum repairs!
(Charger is stunned as he realizes he's alone)
Charger: Uh, guys?
(He sees a sign with a drawing of him on it pointing to the elevator; he runs to it and notices the elevator)
Charger: Since when did this museum have an elevator? And a sign of me telling me I should get in it? Ha! Alright then!
(Charger hops onto the elevator, sending him up to the roof and making him realize exactly what Rubble made him go fetch for)
Charger: Wait, wha-? Hello? (howls in confusion)
(The Crew suddenly runs in)
The Crew: SURPRISE!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHARGER!!
Charger: Whoa! Now I get it! You guys had me run errands so you could do this for me! If this is meant to be a surprise party, then I'm really surprised!
Rubble: This is a surprise birthday party! A dinosaur surprise birthday party!
Charger: Wow, wow, wow, wow! (laughs) Dinosaur decorations…
Motor: (giggles)
Charger: A dinosaur bounce house… and my family?! How can this birthday get any better?!
Rubble: Well…
Sierra: You called?
(Sierra comes out, still in her construction suit, but with her helmet replaced by a birthday hat)
Charger: (gasps) SIERRA?!
Sierra: Mm-hmm! It can get better, C-man! So, happy birthday, pal! (deploys her claw tools and picks up an acoustic guitar) This little number’s for you! How about a beat, DJ Rubble? Let's get this party started for real!
(Rubble turns on his DJ set and plays a backing beat for Sierra’s song)
Rubble: Sing it, kitty! Woo!
Sierra: 🎵 Oh, happy, happy birthday! I can't believe my luck! I found a great pal like you, and now we're really tough! Oh, happy, happy birthday, your's is today! Always my great buddy! We're family all the way!🎵 Yeah!
All: ROAR!!
Charger: Fam, Sierra, this is the best birthday ever! Thank you so, so much!
All: (cheering, howling, barking, and meowing)
Rubble: C’mon, fam! Let's celebrate with a birthday-style Wiggle n' Wag!
(The Crew (except for Sierra, who instead continues playing her guitar, but she does still sing) do the Wiggle n' Wag dance)
Rubble: 🎵 We built Charger's birthday party!🎵
All: 🎵 Rubble and Crew!🎵
Rubble: 🎵 And it's puptastic!🎵
All: 🎵 That's what we DO!🎵 (laughing)
Charger: Alright, fam! It's party time! Let's bounce!
(Charger and Motor run to the bounce house and play with each other)
Auntie Crane: Happy birthday, Charger!
(We zoom out from the birthday party and end the episode)
