He stayed silent for a second, before responding to joseph in a rather low, but uncertain tone.
"I..I don't know."-
Cody had ended his life shortly after his 18th birthday, it being the reason for his long-week absence. However, as unfortunately expected, junior and the people around him were blissfully unaware of his death and went on in life without him. For 3 weeks straight. In a row.. junior eventually notices Cody’s lack of presence in the friend group, and begins to become concerned. Without knowing the horrifying truth, he sinks into a deep depression, possibly wondering where his friend could be. With joseph and his other peers beginning to catch on, junior is forced to confront his fears. Whilst dragging Joseph, Jeffy, and many other people along in his journey, they all ponder the same question: Will they be able to overcome their pains and fears, or succumb to the same fate as him?

Cody commits suicide, and junior is unable to live with the guilt.
