Summary
The wind whistles across a lane of mountains as the dust blows. Many have passed through these mountains in search of riches or a new haven but many have failed to even taste those pleasures. Native hands and feet have touched through this town before, some to find where their lost tribes whose homes once lay, and some to find a form of reparation for their missing buffalo. Black hands and feet, once bound in chains, settled here for no white hands had yet tarnished the soil. Of the enslaved and oppressed, the two communities that settled within this town found a common goal. With no gold or silver, no greedy hands could grasp this land. As slaves were freed and natives forced out, they came to Bison Valley. A humble haven surrounded by a fortress of mountains. The two negro men who made this land from a dirt valley into a town kept it safe from anyone who caused trouble.
