Ohara can't be found on any commercial map printed today.
They’ve checked. Extensively. No library, bookstore, cartographers’ guild, or even travel agency in Water 7 was able to help them, and all because of a Buster Call ordered on the island decades ago. Nami wonders if the same will happen to Enies Lobby.
Though it’s a barren wasteland now, Ohara as it was lives on in her crewmate. Her own maps, in turn, will also bear proof of its existence. They just need to return to their Galley–La quarters first.
Robin has a photographic memory, which is very useful, but more importantly, she’s a lifelong scholar. Nami couldn’t get a better account of Ohara if she was there herself. After a moment of concentration, Robin starts describing a spring island, bordered by sheer cliffs on all sides. She describes the high and low tide, the beaches, the woods, the lake, and her hometown, at the center of which was the five thousand year old library known as the Tree of Knowledge.
She also tells Nami a few stories about her time with Ohara’s archeologists, stories that make her laugh. It's no wonder that Robin still mourns them. Nami would, too.
As Nami draws, Robin feeds her the refreshingly cheesy water–water pasta that they ordered for takeout. She also eats some herself. Their water–water gelato, meanwhile, waits for them in the freezer.
Once Nami is satisfied with her sketch, she hands it over to Robin, who studies it for a very long time. Robin gives it back to her, smiling. “That’s exactly how I remember Ohara. Thank you, Nami.”
“Perfect!” Nami says. “I’ll make the good copies later today, one for you, and one for me.”
For now, they’ll just enjoy lunch, and each other’s company.
