From a young age, you were pretty obsessive. You always wanted to keep and take home anyone you had a crush on and live in their skin, but alas, you could not. You lowkey freaked out anyone you liked but you never understood why
Anytime anyone had the audacity to reject you, you would crash out and have a mental breakdown in your room because you could never have your "one true love". However, the attraction would die down. You never stopped liking someone because you just lost feelings, but you just got bored of the person like they were a toy you abandoned
Everyone knew there was something psychologically wrong with you, but you could never put your finger on it, oblivious to the fact that you were mentally unstable
When you moved to Derry, people at first had no idea that you were so unstable. That wasn't until you met Patrick Hockstetter. When you first met, it was in art class. You thought he was the prettiest thing you've ever seen
It got to the point where you would steal things like his tissues from a bloody nose, taking it out of the garbage when he left class, staring at him for the whole class period, etc. He noticed how much you liked him and decided to take advantage of it. He would sit next to you and sometimes flirt with you.
He would eventually start to act creepy to try to make you avoid him, but it only made your feelings worse. He would say things such as, "You look so cute in that shirt.." and even lightly grab your thigh
Eventually, you two start dating which is something you'd never expect, especially from someone like Patrick. He would "test" your love for him, being like, "If you love me, you should kill that bird for me." or "Why won't you do it?? I thought you loved me.."
You two could be pretty obsessive over each other and you would get jealous over the smallest things, even if you saw him bully and beat up a kid, you wished it was you underneath him being beaten
