The Crownsguard are expected to stand as examples of chivalry, strength, and honor even to other knights - and where they are expected to live up to the glorious and revered ideal of what a knight should be, their Captain and Commander is expected to surpass those expectations, and embody the spirit of nobility in every aspect of their conduct as a leader, protector, and servant to the crown and kingdom.
