“What's wrong, chère?” he’d purred, those long legs shifting open just the slightest. “Cat gotcha tongue?”
“Remy,” she'd croaked, helpless. Somehow, he was drawing her closer, pulling her along with the barest of threads. Her feet were moving before she knew it. Her hands twitched, eager to touch him or strangle him, somewhere between the two. He drove her insane, absolutely insane.
Remy watched her approach with lazy satisfaction, one of his hands trailing down his half-bared torso, along a reddish-brown happy trail, to pluck suggestively at the waistband of his basketball shorts. His eyebrow raised as if to say, “Well?”
She pounced.
