Deposition (noun): a phase transition where a gas transforms directly into a solid, bypassing the liquid phase. Deposition occurs when gas molecules lose energy, usually due to temperature drops or pressure changes, allowing them to form a solid structure.

“So you mean it’s like, a cluster of quivering stars being hit with a rush of coolness that slows their pulsing with an easing serenity?” Megumi asked in what Yuji tentatively believed to be his first ever attempt at a joke.
